On 25th December 2021, with the collaboration of Pakistani Consulate, Melbourne, Victoria, VOA (Voice of Australians) had arranged great family event to celebrate Quaid day in the remembrance of our founder of Pakistan “Quid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah”.
In the presence of Hon.Consul General Mr.Moazzam Shah, distinguished community leaders, and personalities attended this colourful event with their families and friends.
First Pakistani who arrived in 1961 to Australia ,Dr.Abdul Khaliq his family and other community figures Dr.Naveed Mughal, Dr.Sehbaz ,Dr.Majid Gondal and Mrs.Rubina Shahid also attended this event as the distinguished guests respectively.
Certificates of Appreciation were given to Community Organisers,VOA team Sponsors, and to kids who performed on National songs on the event.
Audience enjoyed live performances of young kids tableau,Live singing of Arslan Ali,Arslan Zahid and drummer Eshan Lakhani.
Consul General Moazzam Shah appreciated Sajid toori,Aqeel shah and VOA team for organising such a successful event for the first time. At the end, with full enthusiasm, our honourable guests, other participants and Pakistani Christian Community Leader Waseem Ghouri with his family completed the event with cake cutting ceremony where we prayed for Quaid-e-Azam and prosperity of Pakistan.
