AAPP held a reception dinner in honour of HE Mr Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri, High Commissioner for Pakistan in Australia. Australian Parliamentarians Mr Bruce Atkinson and Bronwyn Halfpenny were also among the dignitaries to welcome the high commissioner on his first official visit to Victoria. Consul General in Melbourne Mr Moazzam Hussain Shah and Consul Dr Faisel accompanied the high commissioner. Several civic, professional leaders ,media directors and community organisations leaders were also in attendance.
