Man dies after alleged fight between neighbours in NSW

A man has died following an alleged fight between neighbours in Grafton in northern New South Wales.
At about 9.40am yesterday morning, police were called to Phoenix Close in South Grafton after reports of a dispute.
They found a 50-year-old man who was unresponsive, with head injuries.
He was treated at the scene but paramedics could not revive him.
A 64-year-old man was arrested at the scene and charged with manslaughter.
Police say the men were known to each other.
The 64-year-old was refused bail and will appear in court today.
